Stephanie Wartell is a Licensed Realtor® with Kate Kruger Realty in Dallas, Texas. She has an extensive real estate background with a variety of expertise. Stephanie has worked with investors for several years and helped them create profitable portfolios and lucrative flip scenarios. She holds the CHMS - Certified Home Marketing Specialist designation which means she is a rock star when it comes to staging and selling homes! Stephanie has also completed coursework with the VLB (Texas Veterans Land Board). Her varied skill levels offer her clientele a level up from the competition and have proven successful time and again.
Stephanie graduated from the University of North Texas in Denton, TX with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology (and a Business Minor). This combination gives her the ability to see things both from a business standpoint as well as an understanding of the emotional aspects that drive the sales process.
