Specializing in prominent neighborhoods such as Tempe, Gilbert, Chandler, and Tucson; Johanna has long admired the growth, culture, and investment opportunities that each city has to offer. Now, she’s thrilled to be a key player in the process of purchasing or selling one’s dream home, which she considers to be both a privilege, and a responsibility.
Originally from Chicago, Johanna moved to Gilbert, Arizona in 2001. This move provided her with an amazing opportunity to see the benefits of positive growth in real estate for a community. Being a second generation Realtor of a very recognizable AZ Real Estate Brokerage Owner, Johanna likes to joke that she’s been “holding open houses and appraising since she was 10 years old”. Trying to explore a different route from her parents Johanna eared a degree from the University of Arizona in Gender and Women Studies with minors in Deaf Studies and Public Health while also enjoying her time as a student athlete for the Women’s Rugby team. After experiencing buying her first home at age 22, working in non-profit fundraising, banking wealth-management, to mortgage lending she finally accepted that real estate runs in her blood and she couldn’t deny her true passion for helping her community with home investment education.
One point she likes to make to her clients is that “I treat my clients’ needs and wants as my own when searching for the perfect property or helping them secure the best negotiated deal”. She would love to have the opportunity to show her passion for real estate and helping guide others into what is usually one of their largest investments.
