Beatris Gutierrez has found her passion in real estate since 2017 in addition to her 20 years in banking. Grounded by her core values: clients are priority, integrity and building relationships by communicating effectively.
Her priority in real estate is the importance of listening to her clients to achieve the outcome desired in every transaction but most importantly enjoy the process by making it fun, easy and stress-free.
When she is not showing homes or hosting open houses, she enjoys her time listening to music, indulging in chips and salsa or shopping. Beatris was born in California but home is Arizona since 2008 with her three children, 20, 13 and 7.
Fun fact: Beatris once pig sat for her buyers while they moved into their new home!
