My name is Annie Nissen and I am a licensed Realtor in the state of Virginia. I was born and raised in Hanover County where I have lived for going on 32 years. I became a Realtor in the fall of 2020 after an extensive public safety/healthcare background. I have sold 16 million dollars worth of real estate on my own within my first 12 months of being a licensed Realtor. I have also sold approximately 20 million dollars worth of real estate within the 2021 calendar year. To include being involved in 64+ total transactions to date, all across Virginia representing both buyers and sellers alike.
Some of what makes me stand out from the crowd is my strong work ethic, competitive nature, coupled with being very detail oriented. I strive to be the very best in everything that I do. Negotiation and basic communication skills are key in this business, both qualities I strongly possess. My follow up game is top notch as well.
My husband owns a local Class A Contracting business giving me a unique perspective as well as a wealth of knowledge and resources within that realm.
